Aus den Daten geht hervor, dass der game für den Kunden einen hohen Stellenwert einnimmt und er „topfit“ ist. Lediglich im LWS Bereich ist ein Schwachpunkt zu erkennen. In seinem Beruf als Mediendesigner neigt er dazu, bei längerem Stehen (z.B. Präsentationen) ins Hohlkreuz zu fallen.
Es wurde daraufhin ein gezielter Beweglichkeitstest durchgeführt. Der attempt hat ergeben, dass der Kunde ein starkes Defizit in der Hüftbeugemuskulatur hat und ein leichtes Defizit in der Kniebeugemuskulatur.
Die Beschwerden im LWS-Bereich (laut Anamnese) können durch die Insuffizienz in der Hüftbeugemuskulatur begründet sein. Der M. iliopsoas (Lendendarmbeinmuskel) entspringt anteilig an den Seitenflächen der Lendenwirbel 1- four (siehe Abb. 1) und setzt am kleinen Rollhügel des Oberschenkels an. Durch stehende, nicht bewegende Belastungen (z.B. Präsentationen) wird dieser Muskel unter permanente Spannung versetzt und zieht somit an den Lendenwirbeln und am Oberschenkel. Die Lendenwirbel werden aufgrund ihrer „Bauweise“, ventral (bauchwärts) Richtung Bauchdecke gezogen und das Becken kippt nach vorn. Es entsteht ein Hohlkreuz, welches Rückenschmerzen verursachen kann. Da dies aber nur eine Vermutung ist, cost ich dem Kunden seinen Hausarzt aufzusuchen, um das ganze „abchecken“ zu lassen. Momentan treten die Beschwerden nur bei längerem unbewegten Stehen auf. Im attempt kam es zu keiner Schmerzentwicklung.
Die Unbeweglichkeit in der Kniebeugemuskulatur (Mm. ischiocrurales) führe ich auf die frühere Fußballlaufbahn und den „bewegungseingeschränkten“ Alltag zurück und stufe sie als unbedenklich ein.
In der Trainingsplanerstellung wird Bezug auf diese insuffizienten Muskeln genommen, um die Beschwerden im LWS-Breich zu vermindern bzw. zu vermeiden. --- Biometrische Daten: (in Tabellenform) --- Bewertung des Blutdrucks: Der Blutdruck hat einen Wert von 135/86 mmHg und ist als hochnormal (Normalblutdruck – Normotonie) zu betrachten.
